hey there! i am daniel and in this video i am going toshow you how to get an ability capsule in pokemon sun and in pokemon moon. so right now i am standing on akala islandand you want to head off to royal avenue and go inside this building here. so after you've made it inside, you want torun over to the lady here. because if you scroll down she'll actuallytrade you an ability capsule for 100bp which is a lot, but it depends on if you perhapshave a shiny pokemon you would want to change the ability on?
