Pokemon Rejuvenation Walkthrough - Part 4 - Garbodorable

Gearen Sewers
Alright, so once you've wrapped up with everything, make your way to the Sewers, which is the building next to Venam's house with the big guitar on it. I highly recommend you go to the Casino first and make the woman flush her Coin Case down the Sewers, to avoid an extra trip:

When you enter into the next room, you'll bump into Ren, who will be excited that you're the person Venam was talking about. He'll exit down the stairs and you should follow suit. Down the stairs, he'll mention that the Sewers is Venam's place and that there are strong trainers, so you guys should team up. If you haven't done so already, take this as an opportunity to level up your weaker Pokemon to ~Lv15. Ren will heal your Pokemon after each battle so you won't need to worry about that. There's a nice assortment of Poison type Pokemon down here as well, if that floats your boat.

  • Available Pokemon - Trubbish, Gulpin, Koffing, Ekans, Poochyena, Rattata, Noibat, Woobat
    • Woobats are very helpful against Venam (Poison type Gym Leader)
    • Although Noibats have an attractive typing (Dragon/Flying), they really aren't useful until they are Noiverns, which happens much later. For a Flying type you're better off with Pidove/Emolga/Swoobatm, etc.
There's also a few trainers, which will take part in double battles format. Ren has a Lv 11 Murkrow, Scraggy and Lv 12 Froakie.
  • Punk Ben: Lv 7 Psyduck, Lv 8 Stunky, Lv 9 Bunnelby
  • Beginner Amanda: Lv 9 Whismur, Lv 11 Bidoof
  • Gang Member Bob: Lv 6 Machop, Lv 8 Makuhita, Lv 9 Meditite
  • Punk Herald: Lv 8 Meowth, Lv 9 Teddiursa,
  • Enthusiast Luca: Lv 7 Skitty, Lv 9 Litwick
This guy will sell you Chinese Food for $300, which restores 50 HP and is better than your conventional Potions. Eat up, I guess?

The rest of the way is pretty self explanatory - keep following the path down until you reach the choke point here where Melia and Venam are. There are numerous items available for you to grab here as well, so grab them whilst you are here.

If you advance forward, you'll be thrust into a dialogue where Melia is facing a Shiny Garbodor and 2 Trubbish. According to Melia, Trubbish and Garbodor were originally once trash bags/bacteria that mutated into Pokemon. Now I know I don't know much about Evolution, but I call some BS on that theory. Anyway, some stuff happens where Venam tries to catch one, and then the Garbodor kidnaps Melia:

You're right Melia, it did escalate quickly. Anyway, you get into a double battle with the Garbodor Garbage Crew with Ren (Lv 12 Trubbish, Lv 12 Trubbish, Lv 14 Garbodor). After the battle, Melia brushes you off and says she didn't need help, calls out her Zorua and Dark Pulses the Garbodor that we literally just fainted. Venam takes this opportunity to throw a PokeBall at the distracted Trubbish and catches it, then promptly leaves. Melia asks you to meet her at Goldenwood and leaves. Ren teleports both of you to the entrance of the Sewers (So you actually do need to make a second run to get the Coin Case. F***).

Here are the items I could find down in the Sewers:

Once you're done, grab some supplies and head over to the Upper Left corner of the map. MAKE SURE YOU HAVE AT LEAST $600 for the train ticket. If you don't have enough money, either go and battle the trainers you haven't battled, or battler the breeder repeatedly on the Right hand side of the map. Enter the train station, and you'll be greeted by Tesla, who'll check up on you to make sure you're okay. She'll offer her condolences and give you some Potions.

Talk to the man on the left with his head cut off and he'll inform you to look for his daughter when you get to Goldenwood. Go upstairs and speak to the Green Attendant to buy a train ticket for $600. The front guard will step out of the way and allow you passage into the next room. Board the train.
